| We were glad we had used screws on the siding because it was necessary to pull the siding away from the wall in order to insert step-flashings in between the wall and gable roof. |

| The siding went up in a few days and we need to finish the corners. As I had said earlier, this siding has the looks and feel of cedar shakes and it comes in 16' sections which reduces installation time compared to the real shakes. |
